Ghibli Shaders - Blender

Non-Photorealistic Shaders in Blender. These shaders are majorly inspired by Ghibli Studio's art style! The shaders themselves are pretty simple, with a moderate amount of nodes. I have tried re-creating the shaders for various objects such as water, grass, trees, etc. I have not went into depth onto each material, but they show-case various uses and results of my experiments.

Ghibli Water shader. The rocks are an image on a plane with the water being a Voronoi Noise with crunched values on a color ramp.

Manga Shaders made in Blender. The shaders use Voronoi, Wave, and Noise Textures to achieve the results, along with limiting light and shadow regions using color ramps.

A Ghibli style waterfall. This has been done by stretching noise texture on one axis and moving them using a mapping node. For the splash, I have a deformed sphere with a solid color.

Ghibli style grass, the rocks are from Sketchfab. A single image is used to color the grass instances and give it a Ghibli-look.

A render of the whole scene. The clouds are 3D, made by stacking multiple planes, then fading out the overall texture. This gives more accurate lighting and results.
